Who provides the cleaning supplies?

We Provide earth friendly cleaning supplies and all equipment necessary to complete the job. If you have preferences for cleaning solutions/equipment use, let us know and we'll work together to ensure your cleaning needs are met. 

Are you a pet friendly service?

Yes, we love pets, and we use non-toxic, earth friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for use in homes with pets. 

Do I need a deep clean?

We recommend a deep clean for first time clients who haven't had professional home cleaning services in the past four weeks. 

I left my card on file, when will it be charged?

Your card will be charged when we have finished your cleaning services. For Recurring transactions, you will automatically be billed after cleaning is complete. 

What is your cancellation policy?

A customer may cancel a cleaning appointment within 48 hours of the appointment arrival window to prevent any service charges. 

A fee of $27.00 is charged to the card on file if the cleaning appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the start time of the cleaning appointment.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with services?

Reach out to us within 24 hours--we offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. Let us know what your concerns are, we will come back within 7 days to correct the issue at no additional cost. 

Are there any services you don't offer?

While we offer a wide array of residential and office cleaning services, including window cleaning services, we do not clean carpet, resurface/wax/finish floors, put away dishes, dispose of diaper pail liners, move large furniture, dispose of excessive amounts of trash, remove mold, work with biohazards, pet waste, insects, or rodent problems.
